Since the girls have no longer the opportunity to experience trips to the snow as a ‘Team’, it is suggested that Thursday morning dry land training is 70% compulsory in attendance. Girls, who attend less than 70% of the training, may forfeit their place in the racing team. It is primarily fitness, injury prevention and skill development in nature, mixed with fun and games. The girls will have the opportunity to get to know each other, have fun together and learn to work as a ‘Team’.

 Training will be conducted by Katherine under the supervision of rostered parent.

 Morning sessions will be conducted every Thursday morning 7.30 - 8.30am
